Purchasing troubles, now my account is blocked.

After trying to purchase many times and failed - getting 208 & 204 Error - I started receiving a 201 Error that says my account has been temporarily blocked.
The issue here is I'm not getting any response from avid support and cannot view any other communication path to solve my problem.
Any suggestions?
