Anyone having graphic bugs with PT8 ?

Hi!
I just decided to update to 8 version yesterday, and everything went fine,
only had about 2 hours looking around the new features.
What is happening is everytime I open a empty session the edit cursor, timeline bar/beats text
and blue markers appear in the middle of the EDIT window.
The only way to pop that to the right place is to open the MIDI editor window
below the EDIT window and then close the MIDI Editor window again.

Plus double-click a region on timeline it makes appear a
ghost shadow of that same region towards the left up side,
and then the playback cursor stays way off.

I know this is very difficult to explain by words,
so I will be posting some pictures later when I get into the studio.

Meanwhile , if someone have come to these problems too,
would be great if it could share here, so we can find what is causing these bugs.

Oh, Im on WinXP with Quad-Core Q6600, graphic card is a
Matrox Parhelia APVe, cos I use triple-head display setup.
Never had any kind of these problems, after so many years using PT.

I install and uninstall PT8 4 times and i get the same result..Plz Help

Have you tried another video card just to see if it is a compatibility issue?

Also I would look into making sure you have the last video drivers fro Matrox. Did you delete the prefs and re boot?

I havent tried another video card but i guess this is not the problem!My matrox was working just fine in PT 7.Maybe Digi Support will test the compatibility issues with matrox.I have the latest drivers for my apve.
