Default Bouncing to disk

I'm a new user in the Pro Tools domain and I am having trouble with burning accurate audio CD. When I attempt to burn a adio CD from my current project, I follow the Bounce to Disk procedures, however my audio CD plays back at a slower tempo and the the pitch is also altered. Is the sample rate not being transfered during the conversion. Help!!!

Default Re: Bouncing to disk

Audio CDs have to be 44.1khz. If you're using a higher samplerate for your mixes you'll need to downsample when you bounce. Double-check your bounce settings. For an audio CD they should be 16bit/44.1khz for the bounced file.

Also double-check the bounced file before burning so you don't waste disks.
