6088 and 6085 errors FIXED
Hi. I have been trying to solve my problem of about two weeks for a few days now and have looked on the DUC at the general troubleshooting sticky and searched for 6088 and 9093 errors and haven't come up with something that works so here I am with the post. My computer seems to run fine in everything and not related to ProTools and has run PT well from the December build until recently.
Of note: - LE 7.4cs4 002R - It passed a DPC latency check and I swapped RAM so that's not it - I did a reinstall with no change. Also put all plug-ins in the "unused" folder with no change - CPU usage is about 10% in a session - 400,000 kb to 600,000 I think this must be in a normal range. - the errors come with no plug-ins or many - all the preferences are default except that I have limited recording time to 60 minutes - I have done all the general troubleshooting suggestions with the exception of the internal sound card which is enabled - when I put the mouse cursor over "File", "Edit" etc it doesn't fill in the options right away. That is to say that if I select "File", for example, there is a blank spot below it for a moment before the options fill-in. - I am not sure that this a PT problem. It could be that I only notice it in PT because of it's resource demand. How can I test the computer? I have a Sandra report below and hope that someone can figure something out or at least give me some ideas to try.
