Hello,
I'm having the exact same problem for two days now. "Subscription expiration warning" window appears everytime I open PT 12.5 I just received the bill of my monthly payment, my avid account tells me I'm fine till August 27th This "Warning" tells me I have one day before I'm over. Thank you for your help ! |

Hi everyone
purchased PT 12 in May 2016 worked fine until two days ago first I had a " Warning message " then this : " Subscription License has expired" I received the bill for the payment, but no Pro Tools for tomorrow session case 03009108 kinda worried here... |

I am having the exact issue now - here in August. Very disconcerting. I have been taken in circles for days and finally got a temp lic that will expire tomorrow. Called back and went in another circle. I've ask for manager escalation. I can't believe a software company would have an issue with subscriptions for this long without solving.

I am currently dealing with the same issue with my monthly subscription. Money came out of my account days ago and Avid's site states my subscription is good through August 31st, yet I am unable to open Pro Tools or activate any new license on iLok 2. Have an artist expecting a mix so this is a bit inconvenient, lol.

So I had this same issue before Avid gave me a temp license I called the customer service line not the support line they handled it well and they said it didnt count as my tech support call. They took care of it within a couple days cause it was on a Saturday when I called but I really want to see if theres something I can do myself to get the license without having to contact Avid. A day without Protools is like a day without sunshine!
