Error (-9093)

When I attempt to play any file I get the
following:

The operating system held off interrupts
for too long. If this occurs often try
increasing the H/W buffer size in the hardware setup panel. (-9093)

Win98
Athalon T-bird 1G
128 Mb RAM
Voodoo3 Vid card (using PCI slot)
SCSI card (PCI) no devices on it at this time
SEKD ProDif 24 Sound Card (ISA slot)

Any suggestions appreciated
