command8 offline
using c8 with pro tools 6.7le Mbox.have installed all the software but unable to ccommunicate warning comes up?peripherals is set up correctly.pro tools accepts some messages but c8 display says offline???could it be usb port mix up?anyone have any ideas?using AMD sempron 2Ghz 1ghz ram.windows XP sp2

I had the same problem until I attached it to my computer via midi as well as usb. One the midi configuration is set up, it works fine. I originally throught the C8 would control ProTools by USB only, but that doesn't appear to be the case.
