Default Sync HD

Hi,

Excuse my ignorance, but what is the AVID Sync HD for? Do I need one? Why would I need one? Is it worth having? How does it work? Just asking like..

Wes

Default Re: Sync HD

Sync HD allows you to "resolve" your PT rig to various incoming sync sources like black burst or timecode. So that it varies its sample rate (i.e. speed) to maintain tight sync.

that's the short answer.
