32 Tracks With a Digi 001??? Is this a MYTH??

I have a friend that says we will soon be offered some kind of upgrade that will give us 8 more tracks available . . . is this true?? If so then I'd be in line right away.

We're gonna be lucky to have the XP upgrade.

I could see them upgrading to that eventually, maybe with OSx but oh yeah this is PC forum.

actually i read that PT 5.3 is being released for all products on all platforms together sometime this month (with the exception of mbox for windows). so, in fact, if we do get a track count upgrade, windows users won't be getting it before mac users....
