Please try my suggestion above (and below in bold) and report back.

I haven't installed my copy of PT11 yet, but in v10 it works for me if I

Uncheck the second and third boxes in
Preferences/Midi - Delay Compensation for External Devices.

I don't think it's a bug, but we need to see an update in which PT can tell the difference between midi tracks for internal vs external devices.
Maybe this is a remnant from an ancient version, when the developers presumed that all midi in a session was intended for external sources.

Hi,

Just tried this just to make sure. But it doesn't help with the multi-out instrument ADC issues.

The thing is, in PT10 ADC corrects as it should in a multi-out configuration.
In PT11 it doesn't.

Regards,
Markus

Thanks, Markus!
This really sxxks, the main argument for me to upgrade was that I finally would get midi and ADC to work as it should.

+1,
Have reported this bug to Jon Connely as well. Have received no response. REally does make using PT 11 for music useless until this delay comp problem is solved.

When I talked to Avid about this at Namm I was told that is was not a priority issue.
Seems to be the case - nothing fixed in the last 9 months!
They has not been a single Pro Tools update in over 2 months!
Avid has clearly dropped the ball on any Pro tools updates!

Wow - It's shocking and extremely disappointing to hear that this would not be a priority to Avid. I find it difficult to believe that anyone could be effectively using VIs in Pro Tools. Am I missing something here?

Agreed… Back on PT10 for a long time now.. been waiting for an update to address this issue and others. Guess I'll be waiting a bit longer. Avid is starting to behave like Steinberg… maybe a paid update will "fix" this in the future.

Does anyone on HD experience these issues?

I wonder whether that's why it would not be a priority issue.
