New problem with Korg K61

Lately when I plug in my k61 usb controller...pro tools freezes or crashes.
Sometimes I can remove the Korg and things go back to normal.

Pro tools 8 HD2
g5MAc PPC 10.5.8

everything else is stable..
any Ideas??
Been searching for the original disk but no luck...
Korg doesn't have non intel drivers anymore on it's site.
