Default yes again tearing my hair out with the Avid online store.

Does anyone know how to get out of this endless death loop?
Every time I go to purchase anything on the Avid online store I get the following message.

I am in the UK, my shipping and billing are both there and the currency is in £ in the store and yet I get this:

Several emails to Avid online store support have been ignored.
I've just fired off another one today.

It is hugely frustrating.
