Session Setup included in the New Session Window
I have often thought it would be handy to have the Session Setup window, or at least key pieces of it, included in the New Session Window. That way you could set the Start TC, TC Rate, etc from the get go. Too many times I create a new session and the Session Setup is what I had previously which could be something with an odd start time and different TC Rate. Be nice to save the step having to open the Session Setup after the session is created.
If people think it is a good idea, I'll put it on Idea Scale.

yes, always thought it silly that you had to visit multiple windows to get this going in a new session.

I think it is a good idea.
FWIW In a small Audio Post only setup here I achieve this at present by using Create new Session from template. I have custom Templates with different Session setups and track layouts for the relatively small number of MC editors I receive AAF's from. Andrew
