Default AV4.0 ADR Group Clips export

I want to export an Audiovision 4.0 ADR session to Film Composer 6.5 what is the best way to do this. The various takes exist as group clips. We don't have time to cut the selects in AV so we want to do that in FC. (AV is busy FC workstation is idle) Is this possible? What's the best way?
