Default Pro tools upgrade, my fast track C600 not working

Hey.

After i bought the new imac with OSX 10.9.x i can´t use the pro tools express (10.3.4) togheter with my fast track C600.

After I bought the fast track C600 its brought nothing but problems to my home studio. And now the "hardware cannot be found" when i launch pro tools.

I try to claim an upgrade for the pro tools and it asks for SYSTEM ID. What and where is my system ID? I have no clue. And before i get the upgrade from protools express 10.3.4 to 11 my fast track is useless.

Thanks for all help i can get.

Make sure you have installed the latest drivers for your fast track C600:
www.avid.com/drivers

When you say "claim an upgrade", I'm not sure what you mean. If you already have Pro Tools Express v10.3.4 installed, that is the latest version.

There is a paid upgrade from Pro Tools Express to Pro Tools 11 available in the Avid store, but that would not require any kind of system ID.

Moving this to the Pro Tools Express on Mac forum, where you can find more information in the "sticky" threads.

Thanks for answering.

I have installed the latest driver (on four different computers!! OSX maverics, windows 8, 7 and vista. And yes i installed the windows-version on windows, and mac-version on mac) and the latest pro tools express. I just assumed that there were a version 11 of pro tools express because of the non support of maverics for version 10.3.x

I still get the "Unable to locate hardware. Make sure your hardware is connected and turned on. Click "OK" when the hardware is ready."

This happened on all my computers. Is it right that i must go buy an "old" computer to make this work, when i just bought a brand new fast track C600???
