I really don't understand how broken software can be released I get that there are a lot of variables different types of computers etc. but did anyone even try this crap? it doesn't work should have never been released and I cannot roll back so now what hurry up and wait?

If by crap you mean EuControl....then yes a few thousand people tried it and are using it daily. (not to mention our external team of beta testers who are customers just like you and our internal QA team)

Please be more specific and I'm sure we can help solve any issues you are having with your system.

You Know whats wrong with it. i use it daily whats your point?? it works perfectly??? maybe because it only cost 1000.00 I should be quiet?? next thing you'll be telling me you get what you pay for buy a s6 lol. maybe I'm not pro enough

My point is, this forum, other users and myself(mostly in my spare time) are on here to help. I don't see how this thread helps anyone. Other than the Dock 16 LED issue (which we are looking into) what else can I help with?

What exactly is the issue you're having?

Perhaps it's known issue?
Perhaps AVID is working on it and you're not aware?
Perhaps AVID is NOT aware and you should report the issue you're having so we can all benefit?
