Weird midi input PTMP 8.0.4

When I want to record midi, Pro Tools incidentally leaves out midi notes (or delays them a bit) while playing on my Studiologic masterkeyboard. Doesn't matter if connected through USB or midi through my M-audio ProFire 610.

Also happened in 8.0.3, still problem after installing update.
I'm running 10.6.2. on a MacBook 2.16 Intel Core 2 Duo with 4 GB Ram.

Any suggestions how to solve this?
