Default Help!! DAE 9060 errors out of nowhere...

I did some basic editing a couple nights ago on my session. Everything was working fine. I closed the session and came back to it this morning to find that it wouldn't play at all and just showed "dae 9060 error". I disabled all of the tracks except the midi drum track in case it's a corrupted track and it still showed the error.
Here's the weird thing and probably the best clue to the problem: Now I'm getting that error on every session. I opened up a session with only a few tracks on it and I got the same error code. I haven't touched my computer or dl any software etc and it's not even connected to the internet so it appears that it started doing this on it's own.
I've done some searches for this error and didn't find anything that helped so I'm hoping someone here has some idea as to what's happening and how to fix it.

thanks.

Default Re: Help!! DAE 9060 errors out of nowhere...

I also got this problems on starting the playback.

It seems related to very large sessions for one of my customers.
These sessions were created last year, playing back a lot of audiotracks, using a lot of TDM plugins.

I remember this also happens in the past, changing the H/W buffersize solves this issue that times, but today anymore.

Now I found out that deactivating the RAM hungry FXPansion BFD solves this playback problem, so this seems to be a memory issue.

My system:

Win XP SP 2
PT HD4 7.4 CS4 in Digidesign Expansion Chassis via PCI-e Expansioncard/ Command 8 / 96 i I/O + 96 I/O
Tyan Thunder K8WE 2x AMD Opteron 275 / 4 GB
Nvidia GForce 7900

my system tells me, that only 2,5 GB of available could be acessed, anyway only 2 GB are available for a single applictions under a Windows 32 Bit system.....

My next investment will be a switch to Mac... for sure!

Hope that helps you out,
greetings Tracer Y
