I got an activation code for a free plugin and don't know where to get it.

I'm taking a PT 110 class and the book came with a code to grab a free plugin from Avid. I input the code and chose the Hybrid but it tells me that I can't download it saying, "No download available. This product is a code only, or available on your purchased discs."

I bought the PT9 Student edition. Checked all the discs. Didn't find the Hybrid.

What am I missing?
