I recently got an M-Box, and when I plug it into the computer all the LEDs turn on. I can't choose between mics, line, or list, and the mono button doesn't do a thing. Also, when I try to launch Pro Tools, it says the M-Box is not connected.

same exact thing happened to me. its broken. return it for a new one. the usb port on the mbox is messed up. hope it works out for the best

I got a new one. It seems to work great. Cheers! ( but there's a few problems with the software)
