Default How to record soft-samples to an audio track?

I'm using Kontakt 2.02 and have it working w/ PTLE 6.9, assigning a MIDI track to a sample loaded in Kontakt and playing through an Aux track. If I now want to record what I've laid down on the MIDI track into audio format for mixing, how do I do this? I've tried making a new Audio track and setting its In to a variety of sources, but nothing will register, muchless record. I thought it could use 7-8 Ins (I set this up in I/O Setup...), since my OO2R monitors through that...but I seem to be ignorant about this. Thanks to anyone who's done this.

Great, that did it! Used the Aux-Send method, and it worked like a charm. THANKS!

Thanks Stiff man. I just wish I had time to update it. It's been stagnant for almost a year. I need to work on the gear list especially; I have so many new toys!
