Default EMI Problem Solving

Hello,

I've just built a new rig (detailed below post). It's suffering from what I assume is EMI.

Whenever I drag my mouse around or play back in Pro Tools I'm getting digital noise / clicking.

I've tried isolating with seperate power, each part of the chain one-by-one to find where it's coming from but so far no luck. Everything is powered by the same Furman PL-8CE conditioner (I know this isn't ideal, but it's what I have to work with). Even isolating all computer parts from the audio parts the issue is still happening.

Looking for advice.

Here's the rig:

*Everything is connected to the Furman PL-8CE:

2018 Mac mini
UAD Apollo 8
UAD Apollo Twin
UAD Apollo Satellite Octo + Quad
Avid Artist Mix
Razer Core X w 5700XT
OWC 4M2
Synology NAS
LG 4K Display
2x Genelec 8040 monitors
Netgear Network Switch
AC Infinity T7 + T9 blowers

Have you isolated down to just the Mini, a monitor screen, single audio interface and speakers (or headphones)? Actually I'd go so far as skipping the interface/monitors and plug the cans directly into the Mini. Get down to as minimal system as you can. I know there are a couple of plugins that give off digital noise when mousing but not PT alone.

The latter gives me an idea - move all third party plugins to the unused plugins folder and test.

Oh great, a long travel for those made in Finland workhorses. I have 5 of them connected to Genelec 7060B sub, on a live rig have pair of 8050's without sub.

Is the mouse a wireless mouse? Can you borrow a wired mouse to test? I ran a wireless mouse for a short time, but the noise it induced in guitar or bass(when self-recording) was awful. My Logitech wired mouse is dead quiet(its worth a try).

I had a clients rig with a similar issue. Turned out to be the thunderbolt connection to the apollo. Instead of getting a new better shielded tb cable, he just lifted the ground on the cables running from the monitor out of the Apollo to his monitors.
