Didn't I read somewhere, sometime back around Version 10 or 11, that the DIGI 002 was dumped?

Please say it can work? *fingers crossed*
I use Pro Tools 12.1 on OSX 10.8.5 with my 002 console, it works just fine.

Thanx! I'm on 10.11.6. I don't see a driver for this OS.

I got this driver, but no luck (so far).

This was the closest thing to what I was looking for.

With a Digi 002 on a Mac using firewire (the only option) and Protools 12.5.0, you plug in the firewire to the Mac from the Digi 002 and start Protools (with your dongle for 12.5 in place of course).

From the Setup/Playback Engine ... menu, select Avid 002 from the Playback Engine drop down.

Don't mess with the Setup/Hardware menu as it seems to have no bearing on what ends up connecting with this set up.

At this point, your hardware should light up with your tracks just like it did using the LE software.

I've tried ot attach a screen shot of what the dialog looks like.

Thanx! I'll psych myself up to reconnecting the DIGI 002 again. I'd moved on to the UR 44, by Steinberg, and resigned myself to mouse-mixing.

*fingers crossed*
