Default Help! \"Increase Buffer size\" error

So I'm getting the dreaded "Increase buffer size" prompt when I try to even play a single track in PT 7. The weird thing is I had just done a fresh reboot on my PC that has been running 20+ track sessions for years! What gives?? Help!
