Default Patch change not working with Roland Fantom-S88

I'm running PTLE 7.4 on a PC. I have the midnam loading and the device selected properly in the MIDI setup. But when I try to do a program change, nothing happens on the Fantom. Can anyone please tell me what might be causing this? Thanks!

D'OH! *smacks forehead* I just fumbled upon my answer. In the "System Setup > MIDI" menu on my S88 receive program change was turned off. I'm posting this reply so if/when I run into this problem in the future I can look it up and find the answer on how to fix it. Also it might help some other people with the same problem.
