Default Re: PT 12.2 and 17 free plugins today :D

I have the academic version of pro tools. I received pro tools 12.2 but no extras(Space and the stomp boxes) yet my boy who is also a student received them. Am I required to purchase a support plan to receive them?

Are we supposed to be getting these yet? I thought we were all still waiting to hear from Avid. I didn't get any notice in My Subscriptions or App Manager yet.

Jeffro just a bit of feedback here. I kept getting an "app manager" (or whatever it's called) update alert that wouldn't connect...sooo, I thought it might be trying to alert me to the new Plug suite and sure enough when I logged into my account they were buried in there. It seems that the "App Man" has some issues. I'm on Win7 with PT12.2 installed.

To other users, they do seem quite useful and sound good in my first impression tests today.

I have the 2016 plan and I see nothing in subscription(just spins busy trying to connect to subscriptions) in the app manager. There is the usual files in My Avid but no new bundles and the Ilok manager doesn't have any new licenses. I can't start a case online because I have no System ID that I know of.

I had all of mine show up yesterday on my Avid account. I haven't installed them yet.

I don't have anything in my iLok though.

Still none here in either of two different accounts... supposedly everyone has them.... not in any of two separate accounts for me...

And avid's closed the thread that addressed it saying everyone's updated...

What am i supposed to do then??

You are supposed to follow the instructions posted by Avid in that closed thread and await a reply. Nothing else you can do other than alert them the right way.

I still don't have them. Started a support case last night and this was the reply this morning.

You will receive your Pro Tools HD 12.2 bundled plugins product eventually as we roll out the entitlements in batches. This has started going live last week and is currently being processed in phases. We anticipate completing all of it this week.
