Mac OS vs Ws vs PT Ultimate

Hi Guys, just checking if someone can light up some ultimate system for best performance.
I`m using High Sierra on Mac Pro 2013 12core 64g with + HDX 2 + PT 2019.10 + DAD AX 32+ S6 19.9.0.108.

Wondering if I should move up to Mojave? I find my system a little bit laggy.

Anyone with similar system that can Jump in?

Worthy mention that my Eucon and DANTE networks are separated and both Gigabit.

Maybe it is more powerful than the Trashcan 12core?
