Structure LE appears initially, then Structure?!

Just completed my PTIEP install (chronicled in http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=324451)!

For a moment whilst checking all the components were working, I thought I was cracking up ... but following PT launch, Structure Free shows in my instrument list at first - when I go back to it a bit later, it has been replaced by the 'full' Structure. Is this normal or have I missed something during the installation?

Edit - Originally stated Structure LE instead of Free. Found a knowledgebase article suggesting deleting /Users/Library/Preferences/DAE Prefs but I cannot find this file.

Edit 2 - Turns out that it initially shows as Structure Free (after loading PT). Once it's been selected once, it starts to show as Structure (i.e. Full). Judging by recent posts, it looks like there are quite a few issues with Structure on PT10!

Bump - anyone have any ideas or experience of this?

Looks like I've found (see above) what to do if installing 'full' or LE over 'free' (basically a careful uninstall of 'free'). Seeing as I have already installed 'full' over 'free' + re-run the PT10.2 installer, what should I do to address this issue?

I have had the same problem. I think it is what is known as a "feature"
I saw this first time after installing PTIEP, but I restarted and it's been ok since.

Thanks Warren - my feature appears to be more persistent than yours in that it still shows as 'free' until it's been used once!

Maybe Avid will address IEP (in AAX?) in the next PT release, hopefully before PT11 - now that I've been frequenting this VI forum, it's clear it has some problems, particularly with PT10.

Edit - read the Structure section (P7) in http://akmedia.digidesign.com/suppor...76630.pdf?ns=1 and deleted the specified files ... which I hadn't found earlier (!): 'Installed plug-ins' and 'Plug In Params.pip' ... and this issue is fixed!!!! Thanks again for your help Warren ... these threads may be useful for someone!
