Default A question for those NOT using a console or mixer

Maybe this is a stupid question, but I have recently set up my HD system and do not have a mixer, so I have been using a passive volume control (m-patch) to control the signal from my interface to my monitors, and to my headphone mixer. My question is this, how are others without mixers or consoles getting audio (simultaneously) out to multiple stereo destinations (monitors, headphones)--I must switch between outputs to go from one or the other--switching between outs 1-2 (to monitors) and 3-4 ( to headphone mixer). But how does one get multiple signals out of the interface at one time. Please advise what you are doing. Thanks!

you can set up a send at unity on each and every track in your sessions.......send all the tracks to an aux input that feeds the headphone amp through a second set of outs on your interface

use pre fader aux sends (just like you would with a console) from each channel and send them to output 3-4 for example and connect your headphone amp to those outputs. pretty basic really.

I use the PreSonus Central Station (many use the Mackie Big Knob) to switch between monitor speakers and headphones. This unit is always connected to Digi outputs 1 & 2.

Here's one of my previously sent posts, it includes Control 24 but the last parts also cover your situation. Hope it helps.

Thanks for the answers. The easiest and most straightforward way does seem to be the multiple outputs option.
