Chipset Compatibility
Does anyone know if the Intel 848P chipset has any issues with Pro tools or the 002r? Any info would be awesome. Thanks

Re: Chipset Compatibility
This isn't the best place to find that answer, being a Mac forum and all...Here's what Digi says.
"Chipset Requirements The following chipsets are recommended for best performance with Intel P4 processors: * Intel 850/850e * Intel 845/845e/845pe * Intel 865pe/875p Not tested: * Intel 9.x series" As long as you have a P4 at 2GHz+ you should be good. Unless that jump from the 845's to 850's is more significant than I can imagine. But that's why I use a Mac. Good luck. MR
