Default Input question

So let me get this strait, if I have PT8LE and upgrade it to PT9, I can use my 003r ,my 8 channel adat interface, add 2 more 8 channel adat interfaces and record 32 inputs to their own track simultaneously? Im sure this has already been answered but I searched and I could find a strait answer.

Thanks again,
Rett

Thanks for the quick reply but if not the 003r then what can I use. Would a non digidesign interface be the solution? Such as motu 8pre? Can someone guide me in the right direction..

Thanks again,
Rett

The TC Electronics Studio Konnekt 48 will get you 30 ins - 12 analog and 18 digital (2x ADAT + 2x SPDIF)

Ok, are there any other interfaces + adat that I can use? I would even settle for 24 ins. Just when I thought, "wow I can finally use my 003r and adat interfaces to get 32 inputs! this is the greatest thing I have ever heard.." I was wrong. Haha not complaining, I know there is a way but I just want to know the best way

any of them.

pick an audio interface with at least 8 ins on the box and 2 ADAT I/Os and a few ADAT pres and you're in business.

the pcie RayDAT cards are nice
the new fireface ufx ($$)
metric halo uln-8
motu 828mk3
the TC SK48

you could get 24+ out of any of these, and anything is fair game hardware wise now.
