PT12 Upgrade Plan expires tommorow. HOW TO RENEW????

You should be able to find your system ID in both your avid account and in your application manager. Regretting selling my extra PT 10 licence that I could've used for a crossgrade to Studio One.

This is a whole can of worms now! I thought I had it all figured out when I talked to AVID a few months back. But now I see this and am totally confused...do I need to buy both the 'Upgrade plan for Pro Tools' and the 'Plugins and Support Plan for Pro Tools'??? Unreal, I know the canadian dollar is in the tank...but $250/year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you have to buy the upgrade plan for PT to get all the future updates from march 31 on

it seems that in your account, everythig is clear and listed what is needed for updating the support plan
in my account, there is nothing to see
just the "update and support plan 2015" line, with nothing more
i can't even see my system ID

ok, it's german, but in one picture it says: i have no products on this account (????)

EDIT: finally, Avid solved it. I was able to renew my license. still waiting for the synchronisation with my ilok / application manager, cause it still has the 1/19/2016 as end, but in my account everything is ok now and the license expires 2017

This is the same with me, in my account I was able to renew the update plan.. But still not updated in the app manager and ilok. I think it's strange Avid can't come on here and give a statement. Will it or will it not renew the ilok and app manager automatically when my old plan ends..? hallo?

Yes, if you want the extra plugs you have to buy both plans, as far as I do understand

I mean I guess that works out to the American cost of $99 for just the update and $199 for the support plan. Avid ability to convey their plans is lacklustre at best

Your plans will NOT renew themselves on the ilok. You guys need to manually move your new licenses to your iloks. If you put the new licenses on your iloks before the old plans runs out the ilok will start using the new plans when the old is up, however it will not be put on the ilok automatically regardless if you have the link enabled for Avid and Ilok.
