Default behringer bcf2000. what do you think

I have seen several post on the bcf2000 and am curious what everyone using it thinks. I don't expect it to compare to the command 8 but for the price and the reviews it seems to be a steal. I know it controls 8 faders but is there a button to make control say 1-8 then on another setting control 9-16. just wandering what users think of it.

My bcf2000 use to work like a charm in PTMP 6.8 and 7.0 but it doesn't seem to wanna work in PTMP 7.1. It IS a really good board though. Having motorizied faders for $200 is a good buy in my book.

I got it, bought it about 2 weeks ago. Works like a champ in my PT LE 7. For 200€, it's a deal!!!!

But arent the faders on this non-touch sensitive? Im still going to pick one of these up, but the lack of touch sensitive faders makes it a bad sight if you need to re-write any automation.

Does this unit have buttons for transport control (play, rewind, record, etc)?

It does record.
Still trying to understand how to use the Automation modes and plug-in controls.

Also change QuickPunch mode. still don't know how to engage loop.

1.) Press the corresponding rotary knob in - Arms Track
2.) Press edit button on BCF 2000 - Arms record in pro tools
3.) Press play on BCF and viola!, you're recording!
