Popping and clicking noises when I use plug ins.
Total noob here. I've been using Mixcraft for the past year and thought I'd give Pro Tools a try. It seems to work well except when I set a plug in, in this case the eleven rack free in my pro tools express. It gives this popping noise constantly and my audio cuts in and out terribly. I'm so lost in Pro Tools.

Also a good starting place is the Optimization Guides: avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/troubleshooting/en367983 and perhaps increasing the buffer setting for your audio device.
