How to access Avid Support Contract
I bought the Avid Support Contract as part of my PT10 upgrade, but never got any confirmation of this. I can't find anything on my old emails and nothing shows when I log into my Avid account. How the heck do I use what I've paid for?

if I remember right, your asc only last 30 days on purchase or something like that from the date you register the product.
It will be in the same email that you had to register with on the avid website. Although it may have fallen into the spam folder, so better check there too. |

OH, well if you have your asc number, just go on the website and call the number for tech support.
