Can't Load LE 6.4 with XP on new computer

I just had an Athlon 64 box built with Windows XP OS. I transfered my Digi001 hardware over to the new machine, and started to load (Recently Purchased) LE 6.4. I opened the Install file and clicked on 'Protools LE Installer' and it starts to install until I get a box that says "The software you are loading for this software: Digi001 has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify it's compatibility with XP" I click on "Install anyway" and get another box that says: "The installer was unable to locate the required Quick-Time components on this system. Pro Tools requires Apple Quick Time 6.5 or higher" The system also does not recognize the Digi001 device, and asks for me to insert a CD. What am I doing wrong, and how do I resolve this? The Protools Icon appears on my desktop, but when I double click the computer shuts down and reboots. Any ideas?

Your new system probably has SP2 on it. You need to roll it back to SP1 for 6.4 to work AFAIK.
