Bouncing a mono 1 ch file?!
Can anyone enlighten me as to how you bounce a single mono file? (As in a 1 ch. single file, ya know like mono mono.) I am long time pro tool user and recently called on it to do this simple for me. There doesn’t seem to be any conceivable option in the bounce to disk dialogue.
(Obv I can bounce multiple L and R and simply delete one. Also, I feel there’s a way to do it from the clips window but simply being able to bounce to disk and have that option and put in any specific directory would be much more fast and efficient for my purpose) |

Re: Bouncing a mono 1 ch file?!
There is a Track Bounce Dialogue. Use that and change the Format to Multi Mono.
I've never used that dialogue, so check the PT Reference Manual. If you don't need any automation or effects, just Consolidate the audio on the track, name the Clip and Export it.
