Default Strip silence not creating new clips in bin

Hello,

Hoping someone might know the answer to this. I've encountered an issue in PT10 with Strip Silence where it is no longer creating new subclips in the bin when stripping silence.

I work as a sound designer in the video games industry and when creating sets of SFX I will often print to a new track, use Strip Silence > Strip, batch rename and export clips as files.

When I strip silence no subclips appear in the bin, although the separated clips do appear on the timeline. If I attempt to select and rename these clips on the timeline I get: "Unable to rename. No clips are selected in the Clips Bin". I have checked the session Audio folder it hasn't written the subclips to disk either.

We are stumped in the studio and searching online I can't find anyone else having encountered this. I've tried using Trasher to trash prefs, and have reinstalled v10.3.10 but no dice.

The media drive its running off has full read/write access and until recently this was working fine.

Any ideas would be much appreciated as this is screwing up my workflow!

Cheers,
James
