Digi 002 wont fire up
Hey! I had to call a session today (for the first time) because my 002 went wacky. I got 2 messages saying 1)Disk allocation for this session uses the volume whose designation has changed. and 2) Protools cannot communicate with digi 002. I also heard a ticking sound coming from the 002 which I later discovered to be the faders trying to move. When I rebooted the 002 just had little dots on it's display and would not fire up. Could it be a firmware update issue? Any ideas?

Re: Digi 002 wont fire up
Sounds like your power harness died..............the symptoms are posted here many times. Call digi, they will send you a new one or ask you to send the 002 in for repairs.
