Individual Vertical Zoom Bug

I couldn't find any references to this when I did a search so I'm guessing it hasn't been addressed yet.

All versions of PT8 have a slightly annoying bug with the Individual vertical zoom feature (this is when you hold down the cntrl key, click and drag up or down on a region with the zoom tool so you can adjust the the vertical waveform zoom for an individual track) that causes an initial huge increase in magnification instead of just adjusting from where the waveform is at when you start the adjustment. This becomes more problematic for tracks near the bottom of the session. It becomes impossible to make the adjustment because you cant move far down enough on the screen to get back to a usable amount of magnification. I've had to move tracks up higher in the session temporarily to make the adjustment and then move the track back down. 7.4 definitely did not do this.

This is certainly not as urgent as resolving crashing issues etc.... but I wanted to try and get it on the list.
