Default Uninstall Heat
How do you uninstall Heat? I've already deleted Heat from my Plugin Folder and it still pops up as I open PT. Thanks.

Did u check both PlugIns folders (aax & dpm) ?

Not that it's really relevant to your question but, just out of curiosity, why are you uninstalling HEAT?

HEAT can be bypassed even if it's installed. However if you want to uninstall HEAT just move the plugin to unused folder

It's not activated and I'm not going to buy it. It pops up to activate every time I start PT. Where are the aax plugins?

I thought you said in your original post that you had already deleted it from your plugins folder. How could you do that if you didn't know, until STeff's post, where the plugins folder was?

On a side note, I would highly recommend demoing HEAT. It can do some really quite amazing things to a mix and can be purchased at a much more reasonable rate on eBay if you look around.
