Control 24 users and PT7! please check this 4 me?
Hi,
Can you please check and confirm the version of firmware in your C24! press utility then press and hold system... firmware COMv 1.08 HUBv 1.08 as far as i know there is no way to upgrade the firmware! this is done during pt install?? not sure!! Just can't get my C24 to settle on PT7 on OSX 10.4.3 the personality keeps quitting! i'm now doing a totally fresh install of os 10.4.2 and PT7 (incase its 10.4.3 i'm gonna try 10.4.2 fresh) Thanks Chris

It's the same on my control24. I upgraded to PT7 and went back to 6.9 but neither install did a firmware update. You should get a screen that notifies you of a firmware update. Good Luck!

protools 7, C24, and 10.4.3 is working here. At times (like once a day) it'll say 'lost contact', but that comes right back.
No crashes on personality file. -cd
