Default DC20 & OLD QT 2.5

Hi guys,
are you running the whole QT2.5 installer or just drag the QT extension only. What about the other QT4.0.3 extensions are you removing them?I knew I should do that some time because I'm loosing 5-6 frames on every 10 minutes video capture and loosing sync with the original sound size. Actually ,do you think QT version is the problem in loosing frames with DC20 ,capturing from betacam? When I get a file ,captured with Media100 in MJPEG-A format and then get Premier to make rendering in Miro DC20 compression ,every frame is in perfect sync and works on 90 min. files with QT4.0.3 without any problem. Unfortunately that takes 24 hours rendering and help from friends. Probably DC20 is not technically able to capture perfectly (checking every frame) big video parts.
Thanks
