Mbox won't recognize A/D converter - SPDIF "input path not available" ?
I recently purchased a Mytek A/D converter. I've hooked it up and I can't get any signal. I've gone ahead and gone to Setup/Hardware and set the input source and clock source to S/PDIF, but when I go into the mix window and try to select SPDIF for the interface, it keeps saying "input path not available".
Is there something else I need to do? Help is appreciated. |

Did you go to the I/O setup page and add the path for SPDIF?

Re: Mbox won't recognize A/D converter - SPDIF "input path not available" ?
In the I/O setup page, there is a box for S/PDIF and it is checked, but the font is very faint. The font for - "In 1-2" is normal. "In 1-2" has L and R assigned beneath 1 and 2, but the S/PDIF does not have any left or right under the channel headings. Still confused.
