Anyone Having Issues with PT 10 Windows 7 and Digi003?

I have some very annoying issues with PT 10 Windows 7 and Digi003
When running at a low enough buffer to play without latency (128) I get pops when I punch in and out, click track goes haywire, lags when putting in solo or mute, midi instrument take a few second to catch up with the timeline, stop and playback sometimes unresponsive. I have been on with Avid tech support 5 times and nothing. I am convinced the Avid has dropped the ball with writing a decent driver for the legacy 003 which is disappointing. I'm hoping anyone who is having issues with the same configuration will post their experiences, thanks!

Post a Sandra report(look for the link above called Help Us Help You). My 003 worked great with Windows 7 and all versions of PT thru 10.3.8(I have since moved to HDN)

Yep 003 drivers have been sketchy... Some have had success with the 'punch glitch' problem using v8.04b drivers found here

Hi, I have my 003R, but never run down at 512 or 1024, is when I feel good, If have to record some MIDI or Audio and my sesión is to large on track acount, I disable some tracks to set to 256 to reduce latency......but like I tell, Normally is set to 512 or 1024, depend on number of tracks......
