12.5 not available in Pro Tools 12 Student/Edu product

Avid have said it can take a few weeks before the student and Edu licenses populate so they will appear in your Avid Account for those who qualify within a week i would say as a week has already passed.

Don't hold me to that timeframe but a few weeks is the word.

Since the release of 12.5 I've been awaiting some assistance regarding 12.5 not being in my account.

Hey Jeffro,

I have the same problem as quite a few other people here - I still haven't received an update to 12.5?! it is neither visible in my account on avid.com nor in the Avid App Manager.

I had the samne problem when PT 12, 12.3 and 12.4 came out, I had to go through support every single time. Maybe there's a deeper lying problem?

Your original purchase was at the end of 2011, so that's why you received 12.4 (we should get a case going if that's still not reflected in your Avid account). 12.5 was release a few months beyond your 4 year term.

Are you sure you are looking at the right copy on my account? I know I bought a student copy of PT11 in April 2013. I do have another avid account or two it might have been connected to if it's not on this one.

I'm feeling the same. I had to go through support each single time, even many weeks after when even other EDU people already had their licenses in their accounts.

I don't know they it should take up to 3 weeks??? It's still not showing up. It can hardly be that difficult or even a technical problem. I can understand that there are other prorioties, but that's a bit much...
