Click Track On Pro Tools SE

Hey, I very new to this whole deal, being in a forum and recording with software a shtuff. I have just started a home business that involves recording and I need to figure this out how to create a click track on Pro Tools SE so that I can my music can be on time. I know i can use the metronome, but it just doesnt have the cues I need. So can anyone help me by telling me how to create a click track on Pro Tools SE with windows 7?
