click track using pro tools 7.4
Upgraded to protools 7.4 so i can use my new profire 2626. and suddenly my world has become more difficult.
Question. How do I save settings for the transport window. When I open a new file, my transport window does not show the view in order to change tempo manually. SO in order to see and change tempo, I have to go to View- Transport- and click on Midi Controls. Problem. Once I can view the click tempo, I change the tempo manually, and the speed of what i have recorded corresponds to the click. For example, I recorded at 120bpm, and then change the tempo to 80bpm- the track is played back according to 80bpm, much slower, without change of pitch. ??? Is there somehow a setting that is corresponding audio to click tempo that is on and i dont know about? and how do i save the settings so that I dont have to manually make the click section of the transport window show up? input please, thanks. |
