Default PodFarm: Plug-In Window Half-Visible, Many Sounds Greyed Out

I've successfully loaded PodFarm (Free) and it works on any given track.

However, the plug-in window displays only half of the podfarm screen - on the right half of the window; the left half is blank.

Moreover, over half the Pod Farm settings are greyed out.

The plug-in functions fine in Live 5.2.2, complete window and full access to all the amp and fx settings.

Any help? Please advise, and thanks.

the issue is the version of protools you are running. podfarm is new software, and will look right in ptle 8. i am running both 8 and 7.1 here on different drives, so i've seen what you mean.

Thanks!

As you can tell, my old G5 duo won't support PTLE 8 (well, i guess i could buy some more memory, but everything seems to be working so i'm not anxious to invite any weekend screaming sessions).

It does mystify me that my old Live 5.2.2. sees all of the PF voices and FX, while the PTLE 7.1 does not. I thought that it was a "come on and upgrade" routine, but apparently not (since it's all there in live).

i'll play around with it as is. when i have a spare four grand, I'll get that blazing Macbook Pro 2.93 with 8 gigs memory from Sweetwater. But not by this weekend.

Default Solved: PodFarm: Plug-In Window Half-Visible, Many Sounds Greyed Out

Well, it's rickety, but it works. Discovered by accident, of course:

1. On chosen track, select Insert-Plug-in-Other-Pod Farm.

2. Pod Farm plugin window will come up half-empty.

3. Click on the same insert button twice. First click - window disappears. Second Click -- window reappears with full view of Pod Farm window.

4. All sounds are also now available.

Weird but it works.
