Made a renew for my monthly Pro Tools subscription but It doesn't show in my iLok
Like the tittle says. I'ven stuck in this step for hours and Im in the middle of a record session
I made my monthly renew by the Avid webpage manually and can see the it "Active" but nothing to do in my iLok License Manager. I already started a case support 03256966 Thank you ! |

Welcome to the community.
Redeposited your licenses so please activate them now to get back up and running. Your account shows Auto Renewal for your Monthly Subscription is turned off, so please make sure you turn that back On before the end of your term if you want it to renew. (Note that you can always start a new Monthly Subscription at any time if one has lapsed.)
